History

Established in 2010, THYL is the only youth league in the borough. Delivered in partnership with another local charity Sports Network Council; offering children between 7-16 opportunities to play structured football every Saturday throughout the year.  The league offers young people to stay in engaged in positive activities and develop their personal and social skills through playing in the league. It develops their communication and leadership skills and active involvement in their community. The young people develop self-esteem and confidence as a result of playing team sport.
